Biggest concern
Growth
Compounding matters more than the single month: one good month is not a trend.
Worth inspecting next
- Split new MRR from expansion MRR — flat growth with healthy signups usually means churn is eating it.
- Open your failed-payment list and count how many were never retried. That is the cheapest revenue you will find this month.
- Every band on this page is an assumption for self-serve B2B SaaS, not an industry law.
- The score is a fixed weighted average — the same five numbers always produce the same result.
- Nothing here is stored or sent anywhere: the whole calculation runs in your browser.
This was a one-time check, on numbers you typed.
Seiton reads the same figures from Stripe, your analytics, Search Console and Sentry, scores them every night, and tells you each morning what moved and what it is worth.
- What changed since yesterday, and by how much
- How much revenue the change puts at risk
- The one or two things worth your morning

About SaaS Health Check
A health score is only worth reading if you can see how it was made. This one is arithmetic, not opinion: every dimension is scored against a band that is printed on the page, the four are averaged with stated weights, and the same five numbers always produce the same result.
The bands come from what is commonly observed in self-serve B2B SaaS, and they are assumptions rather than laws — a $200k enterprise-ish product and a $2k prosumer tool do not share a healthy churn rate. Treat a low dimension as a place to look, not as a verdict.
Questions
- Where do the thresholds come from?
- They are stated bands for self-serve B2B SaaS, printed next to every dimension so you can disagree with them. They are assumptions, not industry truth, and they are applied identically to everyone.
- Is an AI generating the score?
- No. The score is a fixed formula: four dimensions, published bands, stated weights. The same inputs always give the same number.
- Do you store what I type?
- No. The whole calculation runs in your browser. There is no request, no account and no email field.
